2010 - 2011 Important Dates

• August 16 - Fall Classes Begin
• Sept 6 - Labor Day (studio closed)
• October 11 - Columbus Day (All classes will be held as usual)
• Oct 25-30 - Halloween Week (students may wear their Halloween costume to class)
• Nov 22-27 - Thanksgiving Break (studio closed)
• Dec 22-Jan 3 - Christmas Break (studio closed)
• Jan 4 - Spring Classes Begin
• Jan 17 - MLK Jr Day (All classes will be held as usual)
• Jan 22 - Winter Program @ Lake Dallas High School
• Feb 21 - President's Day (All classes will be held as usual)
• Mar 14-19 - Spring Break (studio closed)
• April 16 - Picture Day
• May 19-21 Dress Rehearsals at Lake Dallas High School
• May 21 Recital Performances at Lake Dallas High School (date to be confirmed in Aug 2010)
• May 23-28 Celebration Week
• May 28 Last class day of the Spring semester

The only dates listed above are the holidays we observe. The studio does not close for Columbus Day, President's Day, MLK Day, etc. We also do not observe AISD, DISD or LISD staff/planning days as holidays. Should we have inclement weather, morning classes will follow the AISD and DISD school closings. Evening classes should call the studio for a closing announcement.
